How long have you been in business?
I've been selling real estate for quite awhile. I do, have a real estate partner, Pat Harrell and we have worked together as the very first team in Hall County since 1990. No one had ever done that before, and we're the only team that has lasted with original partners.
What is your primary product or service?
Our goal is to help our clients find what ever kind of investment they need. If you're looking for a home, we consider all your put to match you with your specific needs. If you want to venture into investments for commercial or rentals, we have access to those products as well. Real estate is fascinating to most people, so eventually the decision to buy or sell pops up.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
i had owned a few small businesses before moving to Hall County and decided to take the course at the local college. I started out working at the company that sold us our house. I love the fact that no two pieces of property are ever the same and all the parties involved in buying or selling are unique as well. I'm a problem solver, so this business is right up my ally.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Pat and I have a true partnership. We both have different strengths and we know what they are. You work with both of us when you hire us. We have the longevity and expertise because of that, to help work through almost any problem that may arise in this business. Recently, Pat and I had the opportunity to invest in the residential division of The Norton Agency. You now work with owners of the company.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have worked all over metro Atlanta, from Chamblee to Hiawasee, mansions and cottages, condos and town homes, farms, land and lakefront homes. We're based out of Gainesville in Hall County. Suwanee, Hoschton, Braselton, Sugar Hill, Buford, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Cumming, Clermont, and Murrayville are just a few of the towns we include in our base. Referrals from former clients send us everywhere, because they trust us.
